For this site to work correctly you need to allow, at a minimum, session
cookies.
This can be set in your Tools | Internet Options | security settings, for IE.
For other browsers check your documentation for your particular browser.

Early versions (5.5 and below) of Microsoft Internet Explorer have
shown problems with PDF files. If you are having these problems, you have the
option of downloading a newer version to eliminate the difficulties in
downloading you reports. It is available at
